Meet our Practitioner

Welcome! My name is Shayla Slaugh and I am the Nutritional Kinesiology Practitioner at Sweetwater Holistic. 

I have always been fascinated by the way the body works and helping people to feel their best.  I graduated from WWCC and Wright State University with degrees in Biology and Physiology, respectively.

After college, I struggled daily with lack of energy, allergies, and sleeping. I saw several doctors, all of them running tests and telling me nothing was wrong. I was exhausted, discouraged, and starting to think I might be crazy, too! My aunt recommended I see a natural health practitioner in Cheyenne. I made the (LONG) drive there once a month, but I had already seen great improvements in less than a week! During the first week, I could breathe again! After a few weeks, I was sleeping better and had more energy during the day as well.

I was so impressed with my results and this approach to wellness, that I chose to become a practitioner myself. I earned certifications in Natural Health Coaching,  and  Nutritional Kinesiology. I am excited to bring Nutritional Kinesiology to Green River and help people transform their lives and discover how good your body is meant to feel!
